Barista (80–100%) Join the M Shot Café Team

Located in the heart of Zürich-Oerlikon, our café welcomes fitness enthusiasts, professionals, students, and anyone who appreciates exceptional quality and a warm atmosphere. Every drink, every meal, and every interaction reflects our passion for excellence.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, matcha, protein shakes, and other beverages
• Prepare fresh breakfasts, lunches, and healthy snacks
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and product quality
• Operate the cash register and assist with daily café operations
• Help create an inspiring experience for every guest

What We're Looking For

• A friendly, energetic, and reliable personality
• Passion for coffee, healthy food, and hospitality
• Good German skills and English communication skills
• Flexibility to work mornings, weekdays, and weekends
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous barista or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential
