Parisserie brings together contemporary pâtisserie, specialty coffee, brunch and lunch in the heart of Geneva. We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and versatile person to join our team and contribute to the development of our new café.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys looking after guests, takes pride in a well-kept café and actively supports their colleagues.

Your role

• Welcome guests and provide warm, attentive and efficient service at the counter and at tables.
• Take orders, offer recommendations and confidently present our pastries, drinks, brunch and lunch menu.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks with care, following our recipes and quality standards.
• Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery and service equipment, keeping the dishwashing area clean and organised.
• Handle payments accurately and confidently.
• Participate in daily preparation, opening and closing routines.
• Keep the bar, displays, tables and service areas clean, organised and welcoming.
• Monitor stock, replenish displays and supplies, and handle products carefully to minimise waste.
• Work closely with the barista and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
• Take initiative, contribute ideas and help improve our daily organisation and guest experience.

Your profile

• Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, tea room or restaurant, including customer service and coffee preparation.
• A genuine interest in quality coffee, pâtisserie and hospitality.
• Friendly, organised and attentive to detail, with a professional appearance and manner.
• Able to work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining service quality.
• Proactive, dependable and willing to help wherever needed.

Requirements

• Immediate availability.
• Fluent French and English.
• Availability for a 50% position, including weekends.
• Flexibility to work opening and closing shifts.
