Als Marketing Manager D-A-CH (Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz) spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Entwicklung innovativer Marketingstrategien und ihrer konkreten Umsetzung in lokale Marketing- und Kommunikationsmaterialien. Du treibst sowohl Praxisentwicklung als auch Consumer Marketing voran und sorgst dafür, dass lokale Initiativen optimal mit der übergeordneten EMEA-Marketingstrategie harmonieren.

Mit deinem Einsatz stärkst du das Wachstumspotenzial des Invisalign Systems sowie des iTero Intraoralscanners und unterstützt Zahnärzte und Kieferorthopäden dabei, ihre Praxisprozesse zu optimieren, Patienten zu begeistern und nachhaltiges Wachstum zu erzielen.


Key Responsibilities


Deine Aufgaben:
  • Entwicklung eines tiefen Verständnisses der Bedürfnisse der DACH-Kunden
  • Umsetzung und Anpassung der EMEA‑Practice‑Development‑Strategie für den D‑A‑CH‑Markt
  • Erstellung und Anpassung von Marketingmaterialien für Patientengewinnung und Praxiswachstum an die lokalen Kunden-Needs
  • Entwicklung von Programmen zur Steigerung der Patientenkonversion in Zahnarzt- und KFO‑Praxen
  • Förderung von Praxisdigitalisierung, Effizienz und End‑to‑End‑Workflows
  • Erstellung und Pflege einer lokalen DACH-Library der aktuellen Praxis-Materialien und Consumer Assets (inkl. Social Media)
  • Analyse von Markttrends, Patientenbedürfnissen und Wettbewerbsumfeld
  • Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen, globalen und EMEA‑Marketingagenturen zur Erstellung von Praxis‑Assets
  • Hands-on Steuerung und Umsetzung von Marketing‑ und Sales‑Aktivitäten in enger Abstimmung mit lokalen Teams
  • Einsatz von Daten, KPIs und ROI‑Analysen zur Optimierung der Marketingmaßnahmen
  • Schulung von Teams zu Markenstrategie und Practice‑Development‑Tools
  • Praxisbesuche zur Identifikation von Potenzialen und Kundenerwartungen
  • Budgetverantwortung und effizientes Ressourcenmanagement
  • Bericht an Associate Marketing Director D‑A‑CH

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


Deine Fähigkeiten und Expertise
  • Bachelorabschluss oder höher, idealerweise im Bereich Marketing oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing auf Länderebene
  • Branchenhintergrund in der Dental‑ oder Medizintechnik, vorzugsweise mit Produkten, die stark von aktiver Konsumenten‑/Patientennachfrage abhängig sind
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations‑ und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Kombination aus strategischem Denken und einer strukturierten, umsetzungsstarken Arbeitsweise
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Wünschenswert:
    • Vertriebs- oder Praxiserfahrung im Dental‑ oder Medizintechnikbereich
    • Social Media Marketing Kenntnisse
    • Erfahrung mit KI-Nutzung im Business Kontext
  • Vollzeitposition im Schweizer Büro in Rotkreuz, mit ca. 30 % Reisetätigkeit (insb. ins Kölner Büro, Deutschland) erforderlich
