Job Description

P&G Oral Care category is transforming their media & communications strategies to ensure a comprehensive communications strategy, rooted in consumer insight, across the path to purchase.

As SENIOR MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS TRANSFORMATION MANAGER you will be responsible for bringing our Oral Care media transformation to life, across forms and markets. This is a regional role with the focus on strategy, design, delivery & influencer communications. The position assumes the candidate to have proven experience across all of the responsibilities and a proven track record of delivering measurable business results.

We are seeking a courageous leader with media/communication/design experience who can bring strategic acumen & knowledge of the media/communications landscape to deliver the following scope for Europe Focus Markets.

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Develop & deliver strategic media support models by form which respond to brand objectives and reach the right consumers with the right content, effectively and efficiently, whilst putting consumer experience at the heart of all activities and decisions.
  • Work in collaboration with Brand Franchise Organization, Regional Business Unit & our digital amplification agency to deliver digital creative which is in line with local focus markets media support model plans.
  • Work in collaboration with the local markets to ensure that our advertising budget is being invested in the right channels to reach our consumers.
  • Empower the markets to build, lead, and execute PR / Communications campaigns using influencers that will build awareness for brand superiority and elevate brand image across earned and owned media.
  • Craft the year-round social media and influencer/PR strategies to support brand activities like product launches, ensuring that they are coordinated into paid & organic search strategies and implemented across online and offline platforms such as brand.com & DTC.
  • Develop a robust media learning plan by form along with regional Analytics & Insights & Europe MO FM.

Job Qualifications

Skills required:

  • Growth mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Strong leadership and project management, ability to work independently.
  • Proven experience deploying toolkits and initiatives across multiple markets.
  • Ability to influence across, up and down.
  • Experience leading multifunctional teams and agency partners.
  • Proven experience in planning and structuring projects.
  • Total digital proficiency, and a deep understanding of digital strategies and tactics, especially in digital commerce, search, and digital media.
  • Analytical thinking, agility to adapt strategies to reflect data driven takeaways.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, collaborative and influencing skills across internal and external stakeholders.
  • University Degree (preferably in marketing, communications, media, or have work experiences where you learned the relevant skills required for this work).
  • English proficiency is a must.
