We are seeking an EMEA Medical Affairs Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the medical affairs department of a fast-growing healthcare company particularly in the context of a launch within the radiopharmaceutical area. The intern will work with the Regional Medical team and closely with others internal departments and external stakeholders within all the EMEA region. They will support various activities related to medical communications, clinical research/product development, and Telix portfolio medical strategy with a strong focus in genitourinary (GU) oncology area (prostate and renal cancer).
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in the development and review of medical and scientific content for internal and external communications.
- Support the Medical Affairs team in the planning and execution of advisory boards, symposia, and other medical events (congresses, internal meetings, etc.).
- Gather medical insights, participate in the analysis and interpretation of clinical trial data and conduct literature reviews to support medical and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical development, regulatory affairs, and marketing, to ensure alignment of medical strategies.
- Assist in the management of medical inquiries and provide support to the medical information team.
- Support the implementation of the KOL Management plan and rising stars identification.
- Support early access programs, RWD initiative and gather insights to improve the strategic imperatives.
- Support the implementation of Telix clinical trials.
Education and Experience:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Pharmacy, in Science, or related field (e.g. PhD, master's, etc.).
- Previous internship experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Analytical and creative skills, combined with a passion for bringing innovation to patients
- Good communication and teamwork skills, willingness to learn
- Proactive attitude and autonomous
- Fluent in English, French is an asset
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
