We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician (x|f|m) for our Bioprocess Solutions Service team home based in Switzerland, ideally around Lausanne, Bulle or Geneve. In this position, you will help us install, commission, maintain and repair our market leading specialist equipment from our extensive bioprocess portfolio focusing on fluid management, fermentation technologies and Ambr® bioreactors. Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

• Carry out the validation and commissioning of our complex Bioprocess solutions portfolio at our customers' sites

• Installation, qualification, maintenance and repair of our systems in the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industry

• Complete professional qualification documents, test reports and certificates to a Good Manufacturing Practice standard

• Work closely with our 2nd level technical support teams in Germany and UK to solve complex technical issues

• Collaborate with the Sales department in order to enable new opportunities

What will convince us

• Successfully completed technical education (electronics, mechatronics or comparable education) and relevant professional experience as a service technician, ideally in the pharmaceutical, biological or chemical environment

• We are open for experienced engineers from different industries who want to contribute to the life science industry

• High affinity in automation technology

• Excellent communication skills and a strong service-oriented customer approach

• Organizational skills, with ability to adapt to a dynamic schedule

• Willingness to frequently travel within Switzerland with focus on Lausanne and Geneve region and occasionally in France

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and a good conversational English level
