As a Technical Project & Change Manager, you will be the primary technical contact person and coordinate the necessary activities between Product Management, Product Development, Procurement, Service Hotline, and Production.

You will be responsible for the technical maintenance of commercialized products and systems – from industrialization to the end of the product lifecycle
You will support Product Management, the Service Hotline, and Production with technical product-related questions
You will assess technical product change requests in terms of necessity and impact, and initiate appropriate measures
You will manage product changes within the global development organization, which operates with agile development processes (Scrum, SAFe), and take ownership of these changes
You will also be responsible for any necessary updates to technical customer documentation
You hold a university of applied sciences degree or a technical education with advanced professional training (HF, HFP) in electrical engineering, building automation, or a similar field
Ideally, you have experience in building technology – particularly in fire detection – in technical support or development
You have project management knowledge, preferably in the context of agile development processes such as SAFe or Scrum
You demonstrate analytical and cross-functional thinking, along with a service- and solution-oriented approach
You work effectively and purposefully in global, intercultural teams
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
