Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for optimizing supply chain processes and leading dynamic teams? We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Team Leader to join our organization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the implementation and management of SAP SCM solutions on Group Level, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency across our supply chain operations. Your expertise will drive strategic initiatives, enhance productivity, and foster a collaborative environment where your team can thrive.

A key factor for the future success of Franke is a standardized and lean system architecture with SAP as the solid digital core. This requires the whole team to work within our standards, prevention of additional custom developments, and the pursuit of globally standardized solutions.

You would also be responsible for managing project timelines, budget, and resources when acting as project lead.

Your responsibilities

• Leading a team of SAP Consultants in the areas of WM/EWM, MM, PP, QM and LE-TRA
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Managing project timelines, budget, and resources when acting as project lead
• Working with business representatives to understand their requirements and translating them into functional specifications
• Drive for standardization and standard solutions; prevention of local developments
• Identifying risks and issues and developing mitigation strategies
• Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP SCM related topics
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements

Your skillset

• Successfully completed degree in computer science, business information systems or business administration
• Min. 10 years professional experience as an in-house SAP consultant in two of the following modules: WM/EWM, PP, QM, MM-PUR, LE-TRA
• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar role / leading a team or equivalent experience
• Ability to present complex subjects in a simple manner
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical aspects
• Experience in global teams in an international environment
• Fluent business English is a requirement and speaking German is an advantage
• Organized and goal-oriented working style; resilient and proactive
• Strong communication skills, assertive and team spirited
