About the role

Our client, an international manufacturer in the luxury industry, is looking for a compliance coordinator to track and develop their security, safety and health assessments at 40-50% !

You will be working closely with different stakeholders internationally to ensure the quality and timely execution of the assessments as well as tracking all results for the group. By joining this transverse team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills quickly in a dynamic environment !

Work tasks

  • Coordinate and verify the execution of security, safety and health assessments of employees
  • Develop and maintain program documentation
  • Prepare and review reports on assessments findings and mitigation measures
  • Track the costs of the security, safety and health assessment software
  • Provide administrative support to security, health and safety compliance manager and other subject-matter experts

We are looking for

  • You are studying in business administration, management hospitality or any related field
  • You are available at least at 40% for the next 6 months and further
  • You have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office solutions, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Your are fluent in both English and French
