Description du poste

Skyhawk Therapeutics, with sites in Boston and Basel, is a drug discovery and development company founded in 2018 by leading experts in small molecule therapeutics. Skyhawk is committed to discovering, developing, and commercializing small molecule therapeutics that modify RNA expression. We use our novel SkySTARTM platform (Skyhawk Small molecule Therapeutics for Alternative splicing of RNA) to develop drug candidates for some of the world’s most intractable diseases including cancer, neurological conditions, and other therapeutic areas and targets previously considered “undruggable.” For more information about the company, please visit our website.

The successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to work in collaboration with an experienced cross-functional team and external partners to advance small molecules targeting RNA for multiple indications. They will perform both basic and specialized molecular biology and biochemical techniques, as well as cell-based assays and compound testing. The candidate will be involved in establishing, maintaining and improving cutting-edge technology in a multidisciplinary environment, and will have the opportunity to support multiple stages of drug discovery, from early target assessment and /discovery to lead optimization. They will actively contribute to the innovative, open, and supportive culture at Skyhawk, and will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering transformative therapies to patients.
