Join Our Dynamic Team as Junior Key Account Manager at Rheintec Solutions AG!

Location: Basel, Switzerland (Flexible remote options available)

Your Role:

As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Full Sales Cycle Engagement: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling and email outreach.
  • New Customer Acquisition: Focus on acquiring new customers and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Research: Utilize social media and other tools to research and identify new leads and market opportunities.
  • Customer Consultation: Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, advising them on our cybersecurity solutions.
  • Success Management: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing targeted and individual advice.
  • Sales Pipeline Development: Support the development and management of the sales pipeline.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of sales and marketing processes, sharing customer and market feedback with our IT Security Engineering teams.
  • Performance Tracking and reporting: Regularly prepare forecasts and track your sales figures, prepare and provide continuous reporting to Rheintec management

Your Profile:

  • Experience: At least 1-3 years of professional experience in sales or related areas, with a proven track record in new customer acquisition (no specific experience in IT Security Sales required)
  • Skills: Strong empathy, openness, communication skills, and discipline, with a passion for convincing people.
  • Sales Expertise: A real "sales personality" with excellent communication and acquisition skills.
  • Languages: Fluent in Swiss German and English (C1 level); French is a plus
  • IT Security Knowledge: Enthusiastic about IT security, experience in selling network security technologies is a plus.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and 10-finger typing.
  • A highly motivated individual with a strong eagerness to learn and a passion for driving acquisitions
  • Sales lies in your DNA, you have a flair for engaging potential customers and pushing sales
