Emplois procurement specialist (Fribourg, FR)

We are looking for a Procurement Support Supply Specialist to join our client's Supply Chain team where you'll play a pivotal role as the primary point of contact for all product requests and orders from client's subsidiaries. Working closely with production, you'll ensure smooth coordination of supply chain activities to meet the needs of client's diverse operations. Our client is a renowned industrial company with a strong presence in Switzerland and internationally.

Role:

• Liaise with subsidiaries to provide timely information on product availability and delivery lead times.
• Coordinate order scheduling in collaboration with production planning teams.
• Manage urgent requests to efficiently address customer needs.
• Resolve delivery issues in collaboration with warehouse teams.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Sales Administration.
• Previous significant experience in procurement and/or customer service within an industrial company.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, analytical abilities, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer tools, particularly advanced Excel skills, and SAP (SD).
