Role Summary:
The Client Program Specialist will oversee the day-to-day operational functions of Picarro solutions for various customers. The Specialist will serve as the primary liaison between the customer's analyst, dispatcher, operational team as well as the technical support and Operations teams at Picarro. She/He will be directly reporting to the Senior CPM in the region and work very closely with the Client Program Management Office to uphold operational excellence and deliver high-quality service to our customers.
This position requires at least one year of customer-facing technical support/customer support/program management/project management role after completing a master's degree in science, Engineering, or an MBA or at least 3 years of experience in similar roles after a BSc/BA degree.
You will:
- Define technical requirements in collaboration with customers.
- Coordinate the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Picarro's system within clients' vehicles working closely with the Field Application Engineers and Technical support teams.
- Train customer resources, and develop comprehensive training documents, manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
- Oversee project management activities including monitoring daily progress, providing regular updates to the internal team, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Internally, work with Operations to organize pilot projects and align resources to ensure objectives will be reached.
- Ensure project follow-up and execution (planning, supervision of data collection, quality control, external partner support, field operations).
- Ensure monthly financial review of the project (invoicing, subcontractor cost authorization).
Must-have qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science; master's degree is an asset.
- Full proficiency in Dutch and English is mandatory; French or German are an asset.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience after a bachelor's degree or a minimum of 1+ years of experience after a master's degree in a customer-facing role.
- Strong skills in organization, timely delivery, and independence are required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in project management is an asset.
- Ability to travel to customer sites on short notice when required.
- Anticipate problems and react quickly to find appropriate solutions.
