Accounting Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Payables accounting and receivables invoicing
• Electronic invoicing
• Recording and reconciling customer and supplier payments
• VAT accounting and tax compliance management
• Credit collection in cooperation with sales department office and country managers
• Monthly reconciliation of bank and cash accounts
• Intercompany payments and reconciliation of Intercompany balances
• Preparation of daily and monthly treasury reports
• Reconciliation and payment of sales commissions
• Preparation of monthly reporting: balance sheet and profit and loss statements

Required education, experience, knowledge:

• Degree in accounting or finance is recommended
• At least three/five-years’ experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial legislation
• Exceptional time management, communication and problem-solving skills
• Well organized and strongly detail-oriented
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience in international companies is preferred

Required skills & expertise languages:

• Tagetik or other similar BI
• Knowledge of AS400 and SAP is highly recommended
• Doc Finance
• Microsoft Office skills
• Good English knowledge, both written and spoken
