About Our Client
For a Trust company based in Geneva.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:




  • Trust Administration:
    • Assist in the day-to-day management of trusts, foundations, and other fiduciary structures.
    • Prepare and process documentation related to trust distributions, investments, and transactions.
    • Maintain accurate records of trust structures, including correspondence, minutes, and financial statements.


  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure trust structures comply with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports for trustees, beneficiaries, and regulatory authorities.
    • Monitor and review client files to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.


  • Support to Senior Team Members:
    • Provide administrative support to Trust Officers and Managers.
    • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned.


The Successful Applicant
Qualifications and Skills:


  • A bachelor's degree in finance, law, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong interest in trust and fiduciary services, with a willingness to learn and develop in this area.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Fluency in [insert languages if required, e.g., English and French].


Preferred Experience:


  • Some experience in a financial, legal, or trust-related role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Knowledge of trust administration principles and local regulatory frameworks is a plus.
  • Working towards or willing to pursue relevant qualifications (e.g., STEP Certificate/Diploma in International Trust Management).
