Position Summary

Fuel strategic growth and insight at Jet Aviation! As our Senior Manager, Global Customer and Market Intelligence, based either in Zurich or Basel, you will leverage advanced analytics to drive strategic decision-making across customer and market segments, competitor analysis, and industry trends. By partnering with senior leaders, you will turn complex data into meaningful insights, identifying opportunities and managing risks to position Jet Aviation for growth and innovation on a global scale. Your Role

• Strategic Analysis & Intelligence: Lead customer and market segmentation, conduct competitive analysis, and monitor market trends to create actionable, story-driven insights

• Collaborate & Influence: Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, ensuring market intelligence fuels strategic decisions

• Data & Insight Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time, impactful intelligence across departments

Your Profile

• Several years of strategic experience, with a strong grasp of data analytics, reporting, and insights.

• Ability to think creatively, communicate complex insights, and engage stakeholders at all levels

• Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and data visualization tools, plus handling large data sets

• Ability to manage projects across multiple markets and regions, with occasional travel required
