The HRIS Specialist provides expertise to MSC program PULSE for Absence management (E-days) deployment and for support management, acting as repository of knowledge and support to the users and to the project team, both during the project implementation and once the solution is live.


The HRIS Specialist will be part of the MSC Competency Center: an in-house global and centralized pole of excellence in the expertise, knowledge or capability related to the Cornerstone on Demand and its ecoysytem products, including but not restricted to the E-days absence management module:

The product specialist will be the direct link with E-days Support.


Key responsibilities

  • Administrate and monitor E-days absence Module
  • Deploy E-days absence system to meet the local requirements of each Entity in scope including: Security and Roles assignment, Absence type setup, data migration.
  • Share information, experience, lessons learned and possible issues with the rest of the team
  • Provide technical system support (Level 2)
  • Process and record support transactions using our MSC ticketing system (Service Now)
  • E-days releases follow up, impact analysis and capability to implement the approved features

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably with major course work in information systems, human resources, business process analysis, operational documentation, and workflow analysis/process reengineering required
  • Must have at least 2 year’s experience on HRIS project
  • Must have at least one HRIS implementation project achieved with a SaaS tool (CSOD, E-Days, Workday, Oracle HRCM, HR Access…)
  • HR processes understanding
  • Must have excellent analytical and time management skills.
  • Must have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written in English
  • Must have strong customer orientation
  • Must have demonstrated organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner
  • Must be proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems.
