Our Global Services team offers an inquisitive and flexible personality the opportunity to work on exciting topics.

Internship Global Service (70 - 100%)

(6 months, starting in summer 2025)

What you will be doing

• Work closely with our service and sales teams to develop a streamlined, data-driven report that enhances the partnership between our customers and us
• Gather and integrate data from multiple internal systems
• Utilize data visualization tools to create clear, insightful dashboards and presentations for customers
• Develop an automated method on producing the report

What you should bring

• Academic background in Business Analytics, Marketing or related field with a strong passion for customer service
• Fluent in English, German is beneficial
• Familiar with Office Suite and other data visualization tools

What you need to succeed

• You are a proactive communicator and an independent team player
• Excellent communication skills to translate data findings into business insights
