Strategy & Corporate Development Analyst

Country: Switzerland

The Strategy & Corporate Development function collaborates with the CEO office on the strategy formulation and execution, orchestrates strategic and transformation projects and supervises corporate development activities, such as acquisitions and set up of new businesses.

As an analyst, you will provide operational support in executing strategic projects, conducting data and model analysis, preparing reports, and facilitating coordination with other key stakeholders of the Bank and Group. Additionally, the strategy analyst contributes to the preparation of key information for decision-making for the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participation in the analysis of growth opportunities, both organic and inorganic.

• Implementation and monitoring of key projects designed to execute the overall strategy.

• Collect and analyze business, financial and operational data to support business planning.and modelling.

• Manage databases and perform analyses as required on competitive landscape.

• Preparation of reports and presentations for strategic initiatives.

• Coordination and preparation of key information for decision-making for the Executive Committee and Board of Directors

• Monitoring business and financial KPIs, supporting budgeting, and cost control.

• Support communication between the strategy team and other departments, facilitating project implementation.

Profile & Skills:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Previous experience in strategic analysis, finance, or project management.

• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent organizational and communication skills in French, English and Spanish.
