As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will join our Marketing team to drive our online presence, generate B2B leads and support client retention. Your role includes managing paid media (Meta & LinkedIn), developing SEO and Paid Search (Google & Bing) strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and more generally sharing FELFEL’s unique stories across digital platforms.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and penetration across Switzerland.
• Lead Generation: Own and drive B2B lead generation efforts through digital channels, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms, including Search, Paid Social Media, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging and relevant content tailored to our target audience.
• Website: Drive felfel.ch conversion rate.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Budget Management: Manage the budget for Digital Marketing, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years relevant experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing people
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of broader marketing disciplines
• Fluent in English and either fluent in German or French
• Passion for food & storytelling: You love food and enjoy bringing its stories to life.
• Hands-on mindset: You take pride in creating, executing, and inspiring people through your work.

• Fast learner & explorer: We embrace learning, failing fast, and pushing boundaries – and so do you.
