As part of our GTM strategy in HNC, we have defined a three-step process: Gain Insights, Create Solutions, and Launch and Commercialize. To support this, we introduce a new leadership role focused on defining and executing an Insights strategy for HNH, emphasizing customized digital insights. This role will lead the Digital Marketing Insights and Concepts team, collaborating with Digital and Tech teams to leverage advanced AI and digital data. The role will guide Insights outcomes by fostering collaboration across a virtual team, ensuring streamlined efforts and shared learning. Additionally, it will lead messaging frameworks and partner extensively with Marcom, Segments, and Regional Marketing to enhance narratives and customer engagement.

Your key responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership over Business Insights: Oversee and drive comprehensive strategies for customer and business insights, including the current customer “concept engine.”
  • Deploy Digital Capabilities: Collaborate with D&T and GTM teams to create unique datasets and solution concepts, delivering personalized dashboards and market insights.
  • Project Management: Manage projects to deliver timely insights, innovation concepts, and approved marketing strategies to the market.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and commercialize product concepts, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with market-ready solutions.
  • People Management: Directly oversee (Business) Insights team members, develop organizational strategies, and collaborate with Group functions and external partners to enhance capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Management and Influence: Operate at all levels of the business internally and externally, manage high stakeholder engagement across regions and segments, and influence in different cultural contexts globally.

You bring

  • 10-12 Years’ Experience in a Global Organization with High Complexity
  • Proven Leadership and Project Management Skills
  • Strong Consumer Insight and Digital Skills
  • Experience in Partnering with Technical Teams
  • Marketing Capabilities Related to Concept Development
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment
