We are expanding our dynamic and international Data Solutions team to strengthen and modernize our data integration architecture as part of our journey to the cloud. Our team is responsible for building and managing the foundational platform that enables business teams to share and send data across the company and to external stakeholders for various use cases. We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Integration Engineer to join us in driving the evolution of our platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient data solutions across the enterprise.

As a Data Integration Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining our enterprise data integration solution. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless data flow across our systems and to external clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Solution Design and Development: Lead the design, development, and enhancement of our enterprise data integration solutions. Stay updated with the latest data integration tools and technologies and evaluate the appropriate setup.
• Frameworks and Tools: Develop frameworks and centralized services that can be scaled and utilized across the entire organization as part of our Data Mesh architecture.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless data flows to operational and analytical data platforms.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to continuously improve and automate our processes and solutions to expand and maintain this strategic component of our next-generation technology landscape.
• Pipeline Development and Data Transformation: Design and manage data pipelines, ensuring real-time or near-real-time data flows and provide data transformation capabilities.

What are we looking for?

• Background in computer science, engineering, and 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong programming skills in data warehousing and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL/integration tools (e.g. Informatica PowerCenter, Apache Airflow, Apache Kafka, Mulesoft)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
