Your tasks / field of activity:

• Responsibility for and management of challenging new build and conversion projects in the role of project lead architect
• Organization and coordination within the project organization (client, authorities and third-party organizations)
• Organization and coordination of the planner organization (specialist planners, sub-planners and internal planning team)
• Specialist architectural planning in project, execution and detailed planning
• Coordinating work processes, deadline monitoring and quality control
• Creation of submissions, dimension control, cost control
• Senior site manager in the field of architecture

Your profile:

• Completed training as an architect ETH, FH (Master / Bachelor)
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a qualified architect
• High level of expertise in the design and construction of buildings
• Operation of CAD programs (Autodesk Revit is an advantage) and knowledge of BIM coordination
• Regional knowledge of the construction industry in Upper Valais
• Knowledge of the standards and regulations of the Swiss construction industry (SIA, CRB, KBOB, SUVA and the like)
• Knowledge of the regulations relating to the Building Act (BauG) and Building Ordinance (BauV) of the Canton of Valais
• Knowledge of the regulations regarding Ordinance 3 & 4 of the Labor Act (ArgV 3 & 4)
• Very good written and spoken German; good English skills are an advantage
