Your mission
Start Your Career in IT Software Sales and Join a Dynamic Team!
In this on-the-job training position, you will receive a comprehensive introduction to the entire sales cycle and gradually develop into an independent Account Manager. Support the sales team in the ALPS region, taking responsibility for managing existing customers and acquiring new ones. Ideally, you are based in Eastern Switzerland or the surrounding areas (e.g., St. Gallen, Thurgau, Appenzell, Graubünden, Rheintal, Liechtenstein, Lake Constance region) or in Western Austria (Vorarlberg, Tyrol).
Build customer relationships: Identify potential customers in the ALPS sales region, qualify leads, and develop sales opportunities.- Create proposals: Assist with preparing and presenting offers as well as negotiating contracts.
- Learn & Grow: Benefit from the expertise of experienced colleagues and continuously expand your knowledge of sales processes and methods.
- Develop solutions: Work in an innovative IT environment to create tailored solutions for our customers’ challenges.
- Represent: Showcase our complete solutions portfolio at events and trade shows.
- Take responsibility: After an onboarding phase, independently manage existing customers and drive new customer acquisition.
Your profile
- Initial experience in IT software sales.
- A completed degree or comparable training (e.g., in IT or business administration).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-organization, and drive.
- Strong social skills and teamwork, combined with personal responsibility and flexibility.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ideally in Swiss German (native level or equivalent), German, and English.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
