We are looking for a Junior ViewPoint Consultant:

Key responsibilites:

• Provide first-level support for the ViewPoint application and related solutions.
• Manage helpdesk administrative tasks efficiently.
• Conduct user training sessions to enhance client experience.
• Actively participate in client projects, contributing to their success.
• Engage in advanced system configuration and be a key player in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain comprehensive reports and analytics

Candidate Profile:

• Possessing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Management or Finance.
• Eagerness to embark on a professional journey within a dynamic and human-centric company.
• Demonstrated autonomy, responsiveness, and a proactive approach.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable in IT environments.
• SQL/PowerBI knowledge is advantageous.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
