Senior Manager – Enterprise Performance Management

Your contribution to KPMG

• Guide clients in determining how to steer their financial and non-financial (ESG) performance, including KPI definitions and the design of the corresponding data model.
• Lead project teams to design processes and workflows for planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting and analytics.
• Manage experienced project teams to implement solutions for financial and non-financial (ESG/CSRD) reporting.
• Strengthening and maintaining our collaboration with key technology providers such as Workiva, CCH Tagetik, OneStream, Anaplan and Board.
• Lead client discussions on financial and non-financial performance management and leading technology solutions.
• Drive business development by actively following up on client opportunities, extending/expanding your ongoing projects, generating new leads through targeted go-to-market activities.
• Coach others and build your team's capabilities in both financial and non-financial performance management

This is what makes you successful

• You have successfully completed your bachelor's or master's degree in economics or (business) informatics, or similar degree
• You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Consulting, ideally in Finance and EPM, or have worked on designing and implementing Finance/EPM/ESG solutions in a multinational organization
• Knowledge about FP&A/Controlling/EPM and ESG reporting processes is an advantage for this position
• A great interest in technology, Finance & ESG processes and the development of creative solutions
• You are fluent in English; German and/or French language capabilities considered a significant plus
