For our growing Facility Management organization at a client in the Technology sector in Zürich (ZH) we are looking for a

Facilities Assistant - Generalist 100%

Your main tasks:

  • Ensure meeting rooms are maintained to a professional appearance throughout the day
  • Maintain general office equipment and consumables (such as stationery), replenish with adequate supplies
  • You own the appearance of your space ensuring it is a tidy and presentable at all times, maintaining it with daily checks and building walks
  • Maintain and manage on site storage space
  • Assist with Receptionist covers and Administrative duties
  • Follow all company guidelines and complete internal documentation as required
  • Execute interoffice transports with the company provided vehicles
  • Driving license required for intercampus moves

Your profile:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English language
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Displays proactive day-to-day problem solving, with ownership and pride
  • A highly motivated individual, with excellent use of initiative and demonstrates a strong passion for service excellence and understanding customer needs
  • Experienced working in the service industry in a customer facing role
  • Strong technical skills required (handyman tasks)
  • Basic understanding of planning and managing smaller projects
  • A basic understanding of good health & safety practices. engages in Health & Safety culture
