The Head of Business Development will lead the strategic expansion and growth of Token Recovery. This key leadership role requires a dynamic, results-driven professional with a deep understanding of digital assets recovery space and a proven track record in business development. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership abilities, a strong network within the blockchain and crypto community, and a passion for driving revenue through innovative partnerships.


Responsibilities


  • Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, including global expansion and client acquisition
  • Identify, pursue, and secure strategic partnerships to drive growth and increase market presence
  • Build and nurture relationships with cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain networks, legal experts, and industry stakeholders
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Oversee client onboarding and develop long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and legal teams to develop solutions that meet market demands
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and partnership agreements
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
  • Report to the executive team on business development progress, challenges, and opportunities
  • Initiative and coordinate new exploratory initiatives for future revenue growth and value creation
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration within the ecosystem to align efforts and realise business development opportunities


Required skills and qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven track record of closing high-impact deals and forming strategic partnerships
  • Established network in the digital assets industry
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and the crypto ecosystem
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Hands-on mentality with a strong can-do attitude and ability to think out of the box
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Business acumen: Strong problem-solving skills and resilience
