To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Jr. Project Coordinator.

Jr. Project Coordinator, 80-100%

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning Support:

Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.Coordinate meetings and workshops to gather project requirements and objectives from stakeholders.Compile and organize project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and resource plans.

2. Scheduling and Coordination:

Maintain project schedules and calendars, tracking milestones, deadlines, and tasks.Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to schedule project activities and resource allocations.Communicate schedule changes and updates to project team members and stakeholders.

3. Resource Management:

Assist in resource allocation and tracking, including manpower, equipment, and materials.Coordinate with department managers to ensure timely availability of resources required for project activities.Monitor resource utilization and assist in resolving resource conflicts or shortages.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and distribute project status reports, progress updates, and meeting minutes.Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and issue logs.Assist in documenting lessons learned and best practices for future reference and continuous improvement.

5. Quality Assurance Support:

Assist in implementing quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards and specifications.Support in conducting quality audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues or deviations.Assist in implementing corrective actions and preventive measures to improve project quality and customer satisfaction.

6. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as a primary point of contact for project inquiries and communications.Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.Respond promptly to stakeholder requests, concerns, and inquiries, escalating issues as needed to other project managers.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and multitask effectively.
