Administrative & Projects Assistant

For our client an international Medtech company with European HQ’s in Baar,

We are looking for a bright and energetic

Administrative & Projects Assistant

Your daily tasks:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative tasks
  • Assist Managers with planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Utilize various digital tools and platforms for communication, collaboration, and project management
  • Maintain excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

What your bring:

  • A degree or certification in business administration or a related field.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Previous experience in an administrative or project support role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
  • Fluent in English and German for business, both written and verbal
  • A passion for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Digital Agility, you adapt quickly to new software and processes.
  • A young, energetic mindset.
