About the job:

• You establish and / or improve the Quality Management System
• You perform cGMP compliance activities, including reviewing batch records, evaluating incident reports, etc.
• You are responsible to manage the customers’ complaints
• You analyze, review and approve change controls
• You make sure that the performance and quality of the products comply with standards.
• You open and close CAPA / deviations. These may concern different departments of the industrial site such as QA department, QC, maintenance, production, etc.
• You analyze the root causes of the deviations and non-conformities
• You propose and implement the most appropriate action plan to deal with the root causes
• You solve problems related to quality and make the follow up on continuous improvement projects

About you:

• You hold a Master’s in scientific or engineering discipline
• You have at least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance
• You evolved in the Pharmaceutical sector, Biotech, Medical Devices or equivalent
• You are fluent in English. Fluent in French and / or German is a big plus
