About the job :

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for capital expenditures (CAPEX) related to new equipment, machinery, and facility upgrades.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance teams to define project requirements and technical specifications.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for capital equipment, negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards (GMP, FDA, EMA).
• Oversee the entire procurement process, from the development of requests for proposals (RFPs) to contract execution and supplier performance management.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that CAPEX investments are delivered on time and within budget.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the procurement process for CAPEX projects.
• Maintain up-to-date records of procurement contracts, supplier evaluations, and project documentation.

About you :

• University degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in Procurement, with a focus on CAPEX projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale capital procurement projects.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements for the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with ERP and procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
