• Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with Swiss GAAP/IFRS.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns and other tax filings.
• Reconcile accounts, including balance sheets, bank accounts, and intercompany transactions.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Ensure compliance with all local financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities when required.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Bachelor's or federal diploma).
• Proven experience as a Financial Accountant, ideally in Switzerland.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP and local tax regulations (IFRS is a plus).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English and German (French is an advantage).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, especially during tight deadlines.
