Key Responsibilities
Lead audits under ISA and PCAOB standards, with financial reporting in IFRS or US GAAP
Tailor audit strategies to complex client environments
Supervise fieldwork and mentor junior team members
Maintain proactive, year-round client communication
Collaborate with specialists in IT, tax, and valuation
Contribute to technical documentation and quality reviews
Profile
University degree in finance, accounting, or economics
Recognized professional certification (CPA, chartered accountant, etc.)
5–7 years of audit experience, including 1+ year in a managerial role
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Comfortable in a multicultural and high-performance setting
Experience with US GAAP / PCAOB is a plus
Hands-on, structured, and confident in coaching teams
