To strengthen our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a Tech Transfer DSP Specialist (M/F/X).

ABOUT THE JOB :

During the tech transfer phase, you will mainly:

• Support the technical integrator and DSP engineer in creating and maintaining a list of deliverables (for example Mass Balance, BoM, Batch Records, sampling plan)

• Support the technical integrator and DSP engineer in maintaining a project timeline

• Author and review Tech Transfer Documents, Work Instructions, SOP, Technical documents (URSs, material specifications, facility-fit assessments)

• Provide technical oversight of tech transfer activities

• Support in coordinating local tech transfer activities with other departments (procurement, manufacturing, QC, QA, Engineering, process science)

• Translate Tech Transfer strategies into local actions, deliverables, etc

• Support the implementation of new processes by supporting cleaning verification/ validation activities

• Contribute positively to a strong culture of business integrity and ethics

ABOUT YOU :

• Technical or scientific degree (e.g. biotech engineer, pharmaceutical engineer, process engineer, chemist, etc.)

• Experience in the field of biotechnology production of Bulk Drug Substance, preferrable in DSP

• GMP experience

• Excellent Project Management skills

• Good MS-Office knowledge

• Ability to work in a fast paced – high regulated environment

• French and English (Fluent)

• Team work oriented mindset

Only applicants with Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship or candidates with an existing and valid residence and work permit in Switzerland will be considered.
