Are you ready to lead our Securities Lending and Borrowing (SLB) Trading & Collateral Management team? Do you thrive on the challenge of expanding our securities lending business, optimizing our collateral book, and driving innovation in the field?

Beyond operational leadership and working with truly experienced experts, you will be tasked with growing our business footprint and deepening client engagement. Your strategic mindset will enable you to build lasting partnerships that create great value for our customers.

In this dynamic role, you will be a key member of the Treasury & Fixed Income Solutions management team. Together we provide top fixed income experiences to our clients and manage the firm's financial resources – liquidity, funding and capital – in an integrated and innovative way.

What are we looking for?

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to expand our securities lending business
  • Identify and secure new client relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Oversee day-to-day operations in securities financing and collateral management to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance
  • Lead and manage infrastructure improvement projects to modernize systems and streamline workflows
  • Collaborate closely with Treasury, trading teams, Legal, Risk and other key stakeholders to optimize liquidity and financing structures

What are we looking for?

  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in securities financing, collateral management, or fixed income markets
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • In-depth understanding of securities lending and borrowing, derivatives valuation, repos and the regulatory landscape governing these areas
  • A proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and operational leadership
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
