I loved the people i worked with and i learned alot. Management wasn't the best , a lot of people had problems with them and they wouldn't stick around anyways so it sucked that you would try to connect with them and have comfort but they leave in couple months. Hardest part of the job is going in everyday and not having enough people on the schedule because the hiring manager was lazy and busy redecorating where it wasn't needed. everyone had problems with her.

AS my first job this was an excellent job and I really could not have asked for better. The work is not too exhausting and the work environment is great and pay is good.

I was told by the manager that if I wanted to go to my grandmothers funeral i would have to choose my job or the funeral. I had given management 2 weeks in advance of my plans and was denied my request.

I've been working at Walmart for about a year and a half. It was a great opportunity, however the management team needs improvement on eliminating favoritism.

Walmart Helped improve me in Alot of ways. It Taught me team leadership & How To handle things in a professional manner. Walmart allowed me to come in as an associate & recieve manager training.

A typical day at work consist of meeting new people at a large variety. I enjoyed talking with everyone during checkout, learning about their day. My co-workers were very helpful and great company. I learned how to handle people with different personalities and how to resolve problems.
