Lots of work with little recognition most of the time. Hire and fire culture with abusive management and trying to blame people at all level. Very unsafe: covid rules are not properly followed despite government rules. Good pay but endless hours

Difficult environment, but if you fit it might be worth it

The compensation is very good, but you have to be ready to forego challenging/meaningful work. The place is also quite political, with a very sycophantic culture. It's quite hard to get promoted, there is a big competition internally and often your success will depend on who is your manager and what is his view on advancing people (like everywhere I guess).

If you want to be the best then you have to work for it. Hard work and team ethic pays off, both in bonus and salary. Always felt I had support from bosses. Great company to work for, went home for lunch to see my family and did not work long hours as I worked remotely too.
