Die Swiss Re hat sich negativ entwickelt. Als Mitarbeiter wird man ausgepresst wie eine Zitrone. Dazu kommt noch die Auslagerung verschiedener Tätigkeiten.

Durch die Erfahrung als Sachbearbeiterin und anschliessend zweijährige Führungsaufgabe als Sektionsleiterin habe ich mir ein fundiertes Fachwissen der Prozesse (wie Beschaffung, Kommunikation, P&C, Rechnungswesen, Projektmgmt) angeeignet. Was es mir nun ermöglicht, diese Prozesse in meiner täglichen Arbeit zu hinterfragen und in Zusammenarbeit mit den Schnittstellen aller Stufen zu optimieren. Die grösste Herausforderung ist alle notwendigen Bedürfnisse zu berücksichtigen und die Prozesse in einem realistischen Zeitrahmen durch alle Instanzen absegnen zu lassen und anschliessend zu implementieren. Am meisten schätze ich an dieser Arbeit meine eigenen Ideen einzubringen, die Arbeitsprozesse zu vereinfachen und für alle verständlich darzustellen. Nebenbei erledige ich alltägliche Arbeiten wie die Abwicklung von Beschaffungen, Projektmitarbeit, allg. Administration.
