Worked several years in Logistics at the HQ. At the very beginning seemed to be a very pleasant and fair Company, but with the time I realized the issues. HR makes the interest only for the Company and Management, which already sucks and has to be reviewed. It's like once you are Manager you are a ghost, the quality of your job won't be controlled anymore, so who's under, most likely should never complain. In spite of all, very nice people work in it. Benefits are very tight, salary are way below average. Swatch aims to give the vacancies to who does not ask for a pay rise. Swatch it ain't like in the past and the environment is not very pleasant.
Lovely Employee, canteen in site
Low salaries, poor benefits, incompetent management, huge turnover.
