Interesting projects, but low salaries and very hierarchical structure
Great place to work if all you're a passionate engineer/scientist and your expectations regarding salary and job evolution are low. Friendly environment, very high job security. But be prepared for an old-school authoritarian management style.

Würde liebend gern hier bleiben. Super Arbeitsgeber mit sehr gutem Arbeitsklima, tolle Leute, sehr flexible Arbeitszeiten und viel Freiraum.
Lohntechnisch eher schwierig wenn man aufsteigen will. Ausser man steigt in seiner Position auf.
good job security, friendly atmosphere. good company restaurant.
