Busy Private Bank with many projects

In my position at Standard Chartered Geneva, I was engaged in maintaining efficient and smooth IT operations for 2 production offices and a disaster recovery site. The supported infrastructure contained around 100 workstations, 20 servers providing File/Print, Exchange, Voice Recording, locally hosted 2 Web/Database applications all based on Windows platforms. I handled all queries and problems related to in-house banking applications, network connectivity, printing, video conferencing and pushmail and many others on a daily basis. The working environment at Standard Chartered was like being with a family. Everyone aimed to assist each other to their best abilities in a professional manner. The company had much decisions made outside Geneva. Through a decision made by higher management, Standard Chartered Geneva has officially been liquidated as of 31 October 2016. Although it was great to get exposed many aspects of the bank's liquidation project, It was quite sad to see through the closure and the consequences this reflected on my life as well as other colleagues.
