A typical day for myself will include reviewing current staff roles and what can be changed as per working knowledge, review previous weeks tasks, regular contact with the different partners and arranging training for staff on new products/systems. having worked for the company for 12 years i have found the the core management are very well liked. the hardest part of the job is time, sometimes not enough of
Flexible working times
I worked for AMR (formerly Hartson) for over 11 years and loved every minute of it. The company was very well structured and had a great team of EMTs, Paramedics, CCT RNs, office staff and management staff. I would definitely recommend AMR to anybody that is looking to be in the EMS world.

The most enjoyable part of the role was working within a team and dealing with people issues, providing advice and guidance to senior and middle managers, on Health and Safety issues and dealing with local training and development plans as well as design and delivery of training.
