The company as a whole was good but Management is only looking out for them selves and not the retention of the employees which should be number along with Client retention.
Busy but quiet
Not knowing if you would get relieved.
start work at 06h00 in the morning, have a small meeting with the team to plan for the day or week. Sorting out problems with the equipment on site, making sure that all the team members are in work on time. Answer to questions that happened overnight or over the weekends. Nice to work with team members that are on the bell with they duties and not having to cover up on they behalf.
Payroll Daley reports to the client on building related issues Managing a floater pool for 10 security sites Monitoring cameras Making ID badges Managing events and Special details The job at times can be stressful trying get employees to understand the importance of safety. .
The ability to move up in the company
As a site manager in 2006 a typical day was opening the site over seeing a staff of 4 employees. Bonus: After 1year 40 hr check 5 years 80 hr check.

No sick days, no paid holidays unless you work
Typical day was normally scheduling, payroll and client relations. Learned a multitude of different managing techniques and skills in numerous fields of security. Management was always very supportive and informative. Workplace culture was always a positive and productive environment. Hardest part of the job would have been trying to keep the staff motivated. Most enjoyable part of the job was being able to produce positive results for the client on a consistent basis.
Experience and Communitcation
If you enjoy and love being lied to than Securitas is the place for you! This company is a complete waste of anyone’s time. The branch managers gives titles to unqualified Officers. You will have no support and most likely your supervisor may or may not have an high school diploma. Sad but true. Please stay clear from this company if you pride yourself on professionalism.

This is a company filled with opportunities for growth. They make it a point to post internal hiring opportunities at all levels and are really fair in assessing internal talent.
Promotions happen quickly if you show initiative.
The pay is not always the best.
Very disorganized, payroll department makes mistakes on a weekly basis. So frustrating. Lack of management/leadership. Not enough urgency in filling vacancies when officers call out, leaving Supervisor on site to fend for him/herself in finding coverage. Even after client expressed disappointment in past performance in this area.
I don't have any hard feelings for this place, the people I personally worked with were okay, the management was not that great. most of the people there just wanted to get the job done and not have any problems
