CEO was poor. Plenty of excuses for misses in revenue and profit numbers. Long running bull market, and due to poor execution, the company stock languished until a new CEO was named. Many of the basic people-oriented processes are poorly executed as well. Had to remind the company that part of the job offer was a signing bonus. Took 7 weeks to get my personal cell phone converted to a company account. Had to go to the CEOs office to get movement on the severance package I was due. 2018 W2 was not mailed until after the end of February, clearly against IRS Regulations/Laws.

Working as a customer care agent I've been able to achieve lots of things including being able to succeed at my position and grow at the same time, payment has always been important and the salaries are very good compared to other companies, work - life balance has been amazing and I've never been said no when it comes to taking breaks or vacations at any time I've wanted to, work enviroment has been amazing and I've been blessed with the team I've been with, always willing to help us improve and grow, there are no downfalls as far as I've been here, however I with that there were opportunities to those as me who has been looking to move from backoffice to sales or marketing, such as inclusive projects that we can take action in, or participate, so in some way, we can learn what we need to be able to apply to a desired position in the future and not feel stucked in a department that you do not want to be in a long term, but besides that, it's an amazing company with amazing people.

It is a global organization that deals with Medical equipment support. Typical day at work involves answering phone calls and emails. Culture is good. I love that I can help actual patients and save lives, real time.

no real area for growth. they want to just keep you where you are so that they dont have to train new employees. rarely have replacement supplies for customers and products constantly mess up.

Company in general is amazing love the culture, lots of free lunches, gym on site. They are family oriented however, the only downfall is that the advancement process takes too long and management in the consumer care department is terrible. Triangle friendships, manager is close friends with the supervisor. Also, surpervisor is a family member with another employee within the department. Lots of lies and gossip and protects the toxic. Would recommend any other department but NEVER consumer care. In addition, a lot of favoritism so with all honesty they will provide an advancement to someone who is lesser experienced than you

My typical day at work was running the daily reports to distribute the daily tasks to my peers. Run the report for the incoming prescriptions received for the SEEQ MCT Cardiac Telemetry Monitor and then verify the patients benefits (via Navinet, ZirMed, Availity...etc}. Call different insurance companies {HighMark, Cigna, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield..etc} place patient information into AMD for it to be worked by my peers. Also we had the opportunity to tele-commute.

Poor management no room to grow overworked in daily task compensation doesn't match responsibilities. Company is a great place to perfect skills temporarily.
