Started 2018 End date 2019. Not a good place. Benefits are good but that is about it. Culture metrics was their only priority. They don't care if you have the work experience. No support
No breaks. Feels like you work for a factory sweat shop. Expectations are not possible nor valid.
I've learned a lot in the few years I've been at Medtronic. Great coworkers. I provide product training for patients on Medtronic pump/CGM therapy as well as clinical support and education. Processes change quite often. If you're resistant to change, you'd probably have a difficult time. One of the 'hardest' parts of the job is constantly dealing with our patients' technical issues, such as sensor issues. The most enjoyable part of the job is helping people to improve their lives through better diabetes management.

It's a really great company to work for once you get in. There's so many departments that you can branch off into, management is great, not too harsh, you just have to do your job. And the benefits (including the 401k plan) is amazing!

Big company that makes promises for advancement, you can capitalize on all metrics and exceed expectations yet still feel small. I was promised career advancement with the work I have provided and have not seen any changes. The work can be extremely taxing mentally and take a toll on you when you're forgotten and taken advantage of, proceed with caution.
Great company and culture. Just need larger compensation. I've been here for nearly 5 years and the great thing is there is always people trying to help you grow. They never retaliate against opposing opinions and do their best to get you where you want to be.
Management was atrocious! The main reason for leaving. I enjoyed what I did and was very good at my job. There were company policies in place regarding promotions you had to be with the company for 1 year before able to move to another position. If the San Antonio Management team wanted to change the rules they did based on each person. The company is located out of California and I truly believe the San Antonio Management team is shady!
This company has great potential with Revenue Cycle Management. I have took other job opportunities almost 4 years ago so it could have improved by now. Management was difficult to work with causing a lot of strain on my work/home life balance.
