I learned a lot while working there.it was fun at times but other times it was really tough work. Especially when working alone it's not easy especially when the leads push you.
Team members are great

Not true to their words, when they said that no lay-offs but there was. Politics inside, favoritism is running from lead to employees. Always in PUSH work mode that quality suffers.
Quantity instead of quality in the assembly line
* No work life balance* Work env. is very un-organized * So much work stress in software department, * Life is chaos here specially with offshore-onshore model at software R&D* Management expect a lot from you* No one is here to help you*Poor planning at work* R&D at Northridge is full of chaos , poor management, so many calls with offshore-onshore. Managers expect you to deliver everything quickly.
I've been at the company for over 10 years. There has been a shift in management and job responsibilities that no longer match my expertise. The Education department was dissolved and now I just do busy work. I must say I am very thankful to my managers that keep me there, as I do many other things as an ERG Chair, but I would prefer to continue to be a SME in what I've been doing for the past 30 years, instead of learning proprietary tasks that do not enhance my level of experience in the fields I studied for.
Great Culture, Mission and Global Leadership
No more work for me in the Education, Languist arena
Engineers have the freedom to work on projects they like as long as it contribute to product improvement. Well organized to support engineers to do their work. Good place to learn how FDA regulated industry works.
This company worries more about their product line and not about employees. Management is not supportive and work is not properly explained, and training is minimal at best. They just throw you into the fire.... Plus a person under me made more $ than I did even though my position was at a higher grade. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
