Am still with them at the moment. So i beg to reserve my comments. MEDTRONIC is a great place to work. It cannot be the best place either. Every company differs. So as it is everyone cannot be an employee of MEDTRONIC. I work in (Switzerland Manufacturing operations)
25minutes tea break free. And 45 lunch or dinner break, it depends on the shift
great work many people learn in differents production lines. safe and secure to all people. Medtronic help to all employees in Huracán Maria give then water and foods to all people work in Medtronic. Medtronic the best company I'm worker.
Terrible place to work at. They treat people like slave and means of production not like humans that have lives of their own and family. This company is supposed to be about extending life and care but they try to suck the life of their employees. This company think that they are operating in a third world country or in a lawless land. If it was up to them, they would bring slavery back
Useful occupation abplications to society and arround globe. Enables easy skills to apply to life, business(es) as well as self. No problems with employee relationships. Using nightly and bi-weekly meets to ensure proper ergonomics in addition to supple productio(s), etc.

The job was easy. Working hours were okay too, I worked from 2-10 pm shift. The management is horrible, no job opportunities or advancement at all. There’s a lot of favoritism, line leads abuse and harass you if your not a favorite. If you try to talk to the HR about about the unfair treatment... be ready for retaliation. It is not a good place to work at.
not really an enjoyable work place if you come to work everyday with almost no work. There are few friendly staff, some it just unfriendly. It's not the greatest place to work at, but it give me the hours I need to pay for my bills.
I learned and enjoyed so many things at Medtronic that I have not seen at any other companies I have worked. Their benefits was excellent, if I had not relocated I would still be at Medtronic. Best company to work.
Lunch is paid for by the company
I never witnessed their cons, just too perfect
Medtronic is a fun and hard working place to work, staff willing to hear you out help you with and question you have. lot of new thing seeing everyday.
Free lunches doing overtime or if we keeps geting our goal.

My trainer was very good at what she do she taught me how to work in a timely matter. All of the workers was more than happy to help in my training.
Very fast paced work environment. Need to have a good eye for small details and stable hands. Ability and willingness to work Overtime. Decent management available and willing to help. Good opportunity for advancement.
A lot of overtime can upset work life balance
When I going to work I really filling happy and help People help my self too . I want to be working safe and following the work order , Quality , Clean And safety
I had overall a great experience, but there was a lack of wrong management doing. Many people rose out in positions that were not intended for them because they had no experience in those fields but otherwise got the job. I guess there was poor management in this area in seeking people with less knowledge in these fields of expertise.
No free lunches
Poor management system
there is not much to say just that medtronic is a workplace that feels just like going to school. you meet new friendly people but you have to get your work done with great quality.
they have lots of activities
you do the same thing every day
