Julius Bär tätigte vor meinem Stellenantritt mehrere Akquisitionen. Die Integration der diversen Systeme wurde in Angriff genommen, war aber teilweise noch etwas kompliziert. Die Mitarbeiter waren kompetent und herzlich, doch die Prozesse mussten sich noch einspielen.
