Really enjoyed my time as counter manager. Loved when we got our allocations or when we were able to travel to London for training on new products! Love the benefits.

Excellent work environment and productive atmosphere.

Guerlain was a really good company to work for. The communication with the head office was excellent and they helped with anything I may have needed. The products were amazing and the work environment was friendly.

A very beautiful and luxury brand

Amazing brand to work for and absolutely beautiful fragrances and beauty products. Lots of regular training is given and very rewarding at times when you are recognised by customers for your service. Everyday is different and can be very challenging to meet your KPIs and target but as long as you got the right positive attitude very much enjoyable!

As I am still a long term employee I obviously have extremely high regard for the company and its brand ethics I am part time and they take into consideration family commitments They provide flexible working hours and excellent on going training

Lovely company

such a lovely company to work for loved my roll within this job, loved all staff around, hardest part of my job was moving away but soon over come the fear and enjoyed very second.

challenging and target driven

I worked in Debenhams Merryhill as account manager for Guerlain. As well as managing the Account I was also a fully trained makeup artist for the company. I was selected by the company to be sent on an intensive training course for 4 days which involved travelling down to London. I was trained on the company history, product knowledge, skincare, makeup and perfumery. We worked as team on the account and I had responsibility to setting individual targets for each of us to reach our counter target end of each month. I also had the responsibility of organizing events such as beauty room treatments and promotions of new product launches. My job also entailed excellent customer Service and immaculate mannerism; it’s a very challenging job with high Responsibility in which I thrive.
