Dimension Data was a great place to work. The workplace culture was very friendly with a diverse range of ages working in the teams. Very busy working environment and had a constant workload. Never a dull day !! We were able to work remotely should the need arise, which is a great benefit. They constantly train their staff and the managers were very hands on and approachable. They like to team build which is great in this day and age and there is always internal opportunities to move around.

I have productive days and then some no so productive ones all comes with the nature of the business environment is constantly busy and i always fit in time to catch up with colleagues in the corridors or kitchen. My work life balance is excellent. The culture at work is one to brag about colleagues are friendly and helpful and it makes my workday comfortable. I try to advance my excel skills everyday i find excel so fascinating. The hardest part of my job will be meeting tight timelines and deadlines but I'm driven and do so The most enjoyable part is making someone else day and conversation with a client easier by assisting with deliverables

The people and culture of DiData is something so unique and hard to find anywhere else. Honestly one of the best companies I've ever worked at. The management are completely ethical and honest and most importantly fair. The people I've worked with are part of an extended family and the thing I loved was that DiData was always open to new ideas and ways to move forward in the industry.

Going from an excellent HR department till professional carreer support on all levels, providing constructive feedback and well defined carreer paths where everyone can take his future in own hands. A company that act from the principle: A happy employee is a productive employee. It creates a level of mutual respect and a balanced give and take relationship. The company culture sets a baseline for excellent teamwork and empoyees who are willing to give the best every day. Not because they have to but because they want to.
